Thank you for your participation in the Aimably beta program. With the our beta period coming to an end there are some considerations regarding your account that must be considered.
All accounts currently enrolled in the beta program will be migrated to our free tier billing plan names Start-Up on October 15, 2021.
The Start Up billing plan provides clients with the following:
- 1 permitted Aimably user
- 1 permitted Managing AWS Account
- 0 permitted Member AWS Accounts
- Unlimited AWS Regions
For those beta clients that only have a single user and a single managing account with no member accounts this transition will happen automatically and seamlessly. However, for beta clients that have more than a single user and/or multiple managing accounts or member accounts we will need your input to proceed. If you are in the later scenario, we will need the following from you over the course of the next 30 days after receipt of this email:
- Please identify a single administrator user – we will keep that user active and update any other users in the account to inactive
- Please identify a single managing account – we will keep that account active and update any other managing accounts to inactive
Also please keep in mind that Start Up billing plan clients will no longer have access to any member accounts in Aimably or their cost and use metrics.
You may reach out to our support team to identify the user and managing account you would like to keep as active. Our support team may be reached by emailing support@aimably.com.
If you require more than a single user, a single managing account, or member accounts you may upgrade your billing plan with ease by clicking the Billing Plan link in the application.
Once you access the Billing Plan page you may review your existing plan features and then choose to upgrade. To review Aimably's billing plan options and to upgrade just click the Upgrade Plan button.
After you click the Upgrade Plan button you may review all the billing plans currently offered. To select an upgrade just click the Upgrade Not button on the desired plan and complete the process.
